"What can I say about a local band that gets the opportunity to perform with stand up acts such as Luke Bryan and Eric Church? Many bands might be timid to hit the same stage as Nashville performers. Lead by lead singer Gisela, the band Midnight Run rocked the stage like it was just another concert, and just another day. It is not everyday that local bands get this type of chance. Yet no one in the audience noticed that this group was a mere local band just getting their start. Midnight Run performed song after song in the sweltering heat down in Napavine Washington as they got the crowd ready for Luke Bryan and Eric Church, and all the listeners went crazy and forgot about their heat exhaustion. Along with a stand-up, one-of-a-kind performance, I got an opportunity to meet these performers (who are one-of-a-kind, wonderful people as well!). In humility, the band signed autographs and mingled with crazed Wolf listeners. In the little time I got to spend with Midnight Run, I was thoroughly impressed by their performance, professionalism, and their character. Young and old alike--all country fans I know should check out Midnight Run for a taste of some great country music."
